Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Please request ahead. Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Is my request confirmed immediately?
No. We check availability and send confirmation afterward.
How do I view or cancel after confirmation?
After confirmation, open Manage or cancel. Enter your reference number and the email on the request — we send a one-time secure link to that address only.
Can two guests visit together?
Some menus allow shared timing; others are one guest or one party at a time. We confirm the arrangement in our reply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
